Brand Reputation

Ten years ago, the average person thought of
branding as that thing you do with the name of
a product. Or it meant a new logo or packaging
for what you are selling.

Smart companies make sure the brand reputation
is consistent - and as good as it can be -
wherever it shows up, and even after the sale has
been made. The brochures, advertising,
salespeople, company policy, customer service,
even the speeches by the Managing Director
must reflect brand values and give a consistent
brand experience to build reputation.
